Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of vintage, second-hand, and curated resale items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed. 

Our Commitment to Accuracy

Because many of our items have a previous life history, they may show minor signs of wear or character. We want you to absolutely love your finds, which is why we put immense care into our listings before they drop:

Condition Notes: We inspect every piece thoroughly and explicitly list any notable flaws, wear, or imperfections in the product description.

Visual Representation: We utilize natural lighting and photography to reflect the true color, texture, and physical condition of each item as accurately as possible.

Sizing & Measurements: Vintage and brand-specific sizing can vary wildly from modern standard sizes. We provide detailed physical measurements for garment listings so you can compare them against your own clothes for a perfect fit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. In the rare event that you receive the completely wrong item, or if an item arrives with significant, unlisted damage that was missed during inspection, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at kelly@kellyfrancis.co with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review it immediately on a case-by-case basis to make it right.
